150 to 200 lb (68 to 90 kg), use 1.5 Tbs (14.5 g)
200+ lb(90+ kg), use 2 Tbs (18 g)

Add Herbal Fiberblend to 6 to 8 oz (240 ml) of water or juice. Remember that the more fiber you consume, the more water you should consume. Try to drink eight glasses of water per day while using Herbal Fiberblend. Take Herbal Fiberblend as suggested for 3 months, then as desired.
