A
surprising thing happened to me (that's me to your right) during December of 2006
and January of 2007.
For
the first time in over twenty years, I actually lost weight instead of
packing on another pound or two of fat like I've done every holiday season in
recent memory.
That
was a real stunner because I didnt notice consciously that I wasnt
going overboard on unhealthy Christmas cookies, fruitcakes, and chocolate nutty
treats. It wasnt that I didnt eat any, I simply ate a lot less of
the bad stuff and was more attracted to the healthy stuff!
