The
energy center Chakra is discussed in the ancient Hindu system of energy healing
known as Pranic healing. The word Prana means life energy, and the word Aura,
its roots in Pranic healing as well, refers to the non-physical body (that exists
with the physical body) made up of energy.
Your
aura that surrounds your body is made up of seven layers that make up your physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your self, as manifested by energy.
By learning
more about the colors and thickness of your auras, you can gain info about your
health state. As such, there are six colors associated with auras, and these can
be interpreted into six personalities:
Green ambitious achiever Blue
spiritual peacemaker White
unconventional chameleon Red activist
Orange
creative communicator Violet psychic
Note
these colors are all said to be present in an individual. However, only one or
two at most are generally more pronounced.
In
a nutshell, Tantra, Pranic and Reiki are also systems of energy healing. They
have differences with regards to the types of energy you can tap into for healing;
including life energy, sexual energy and universal energy.
If
you study this ideology more in depth, you will discover concepts of the connectedness
of body, mind, and spirit. Practioners and believers in energy healing say that
the connection of individuals to both living and non-living things around them,
as well as to the universe, impacts emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
all these offer some of the salient similarities of these three healing methods.
How
does this type of healing energy help fight stress?
The ancient art of meditation is known to be part and parcel of energy healing,
highly helpful for those with high stress levels or very stressed people. Plus
there is no need for hi-tech equipment or other materials to help a person heal,
so practicing the energy healing arts is much cheaper and easier to use and more
efficient.
