You
Can Have the Cleanest Colon in Your Neighborhood with The Ultimate Colon Cleanse
By
Chet Day
Today
I want to recommend a product called the Ultimate Colon Cleanse because
it recently provided me with a gentle but thorough 30-day cleaning of my entire
digestive tract.
Unlike
harsh products I've used in the past that had me running to the bathroom to make
a deposit as often as once an hour, with the Ultimate Colon Cleanse I was
able to maintain a normal schedule and wasn't at all tied to the toilet.
Many
complicated (and expensive) colon cleanses require fasting or minimal diets as
well as the consumption multiple times a day of nasty-tasting concoctions of Bentonite
clay, crushed flaxseeds, and psyllium powder laced with powerful herbs, spices,
and Lord only knows what else.
That's
not the case with the Ultimate Colon Cleanse.
Unlike
other programs that feature more hype that substance, the Ultimate Colon Cleanse
offers a common sense and balanced approach to internal cleaning that'll clear
out any nasty stuff in your colon that might be contributing to constipation or
sluggish bowel problems:
| This
is the sort of nasty, gross stuff that comes out of many bowel tracts during a
good colon cleanse! |
Formulated
by a medical doctor named Carol A. Spencer, this natural, vegetarian program features
non-genetically modified ingredients.
Dr.
Spencer has been practicing medicine for over forty years. She graduated with
honors from Ohio State University Medical School and has since performed clinical
psychiatric work for most of her career. Dr. Spencer is a major advocate of natural
healing and serves as Chief Research Advisor for Organica Research.
In
addition to a powerful but gentle herbal and psyllium formulation that scrubs
your intestinal tract clean and helps to free your body of harmful pollutants,
the Ultimate Colon Cleanse also comes with an herbal anti-parasite component,
which allows you to get rid of any nasty little guests that might be living uninvited
somewhere in your intestinal tract.
Whoa!
And
you don't have to drink nasty-tasting psyllium and clay shakes multiple times
a day.
With
this program, you'll slug down a mild-tasting psyllium cocktail in the morning
and that will be that.
You
don't even have to change your diet while on the Ultimate Colon Cleanse,
though of course simultaneously following a good detox program like my free 21
Days to Health & Beyond would make for a fun and very energizing adventure
in natural health.
Product
Helps Maintain Healthy Bowel Flora
The
Ultimate Colon Cleanse also recognizes the necessity of maintaining a healthy
bowel flora. Consequently, the company includes a quality probiotic that you'll
take once a day, thirty minutes before your evening meal.
The
final component of this program is a night-time herbal tea that supports cleansing
and detoxification. I'm generally not one for teas, but I didn't mind drinking
the one that comes with the Ultimate Colon Cleanse. My wife tried a few
sips, and she said she preferred the taste of it to the echinacea tea she drinks
most evenings.
During
my early years in the natural health circus from 1993 to 1995, I did a lot of
colon cleaning.
I
mean, seriously, you wouldn't believe how much water, clay, herbs, and psyllium
I ran through my system in those days.
I
even spent over $100 on a home colonic board, which after a single week-long series
of self-treatments was sold in late 1994 to a Colorado buddy with a sense of humor
who thought it would make a terrific toboggan that winter. But that's another
story.
Looking
back on it all now, I wish the Ultimate Colon Cleanse had been available
during the early days of my natural health adventures.
By
using it instead of the harsh programs that had me spending more time on the toilet
than on my feet, I would have saved a lot of money and aggravation.
You
can be sure I'll be using this product two or three times a year when I go on
my periodic detox adventures.
